The original generous apartment in the Art Nouveau building was insensitively divided into two apartment units during the normalization period, which were also in a very poor condition before the renovation. The architect Radka Valová from the oooox studio, who took on the project in cooperation with the architect Magda Palečková, managed to connect the two apartments again. The main motto of the whole concept has become the combination of original elements and contemporary design - that's why you will find Berker Serie 1930 Bakelite rotary switches in the interior.
